It has been months since Chris and Anna announced their separation from each other, but now, the two have moved on to the next step: divorce. According to TMZ, BOTH Chris and Anna filed legal documents on Friday to end their eight year marriage. The former couple cited irreconcilable differences as their reason for divorce and are asking for joint custody of their 5-year-old son, Jack.
TMZ also reported that Chris and Anna have a prenup and that their property settlement agreement is almost completely worked out. TMZ’s sources revealed that Chris and Anna’s divorce is QUOTE, “totally amicable.”
While we’re all still totally heartbroken that one of our favorite couples is moving forward with their separation, it looks like both Chris and Anna are doing just fine. Days after filing from divorce from Anna, Chris was spotted living his best life at the Seattle Seahawks game on Sunday, December 3rd where he raised the game flag, a moment which he noted on Twitter as one of his greatest achievements in life. So silly.
