How to make Gehu ke Gatte , Gatte ki sabji

Ingredients :
For Dough : Flour – 300 gm
Oil : 1 Tbsp
Water : to make stiff dough
Salt : to taste
Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder ½ Tbsp
Turmeric Powder ½ Tbsp
Cumin seeds ½ Tsp

Masala -
Onion - 2 Medium Size Normal Copped
Oil - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Musterd Seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds ½ Tsp
Salt - to taste




Gehu ke gatte Recipe -
Method :
• For Dough : Add flour, Flour – 300 gm, Oil : 1 Tbsp, Water , Salt : to taste. Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp, Coriander Powder ½ Tbsp, Turmeric Powder ½ Tbsp, Cumin seeds ½ Tsp, l to a mixing bowl. Rub the flour with oil, once it resembles breadcrumbs, add little water at a time to form a stiff dough.
• Cover the formed dough with a damp cloth for 20 minut. .

cool.
• Forming Gatta : Once the dough has rested, knead the dough for 20 minute. Divide into Small dough and make gate like a bullet.
• Let ½ ltr water in a large vessel. Put Gatte in water.cooked for 25 minutes.
• when the Gatte are cooked. as shown in video.
• Place the formed Gatta to cut in 1 or 2 inches.
• Heat a pan, pour in 2 tsp oil, add all the spices – Onion - 2 Medium Size Normal Copped , Musterd Seeds – ½ tsp, Cumin seeds ½ Tsp, Salt - to taste, red chili powder, coriander powder,
• Add the Ginger coriander paste, and cook for a minute or two. Finally, and mix well with the masala. Let
• Add the gatta in pan and mix them. Cooed 1 or 2 minutes gatta are ready serve.
