Use the small window scrolling to see the continued illegal surveillance in rolling form during visible aircraft passes above and in front of my current forced residence. I have to leave to escape the unbearable harassment by Nottingham and Mt. Airy groups I will try to walk to the grocery store. This is occurring during aircraft harassment.

The illegal activities are quota driven and target me. Sadly, every day at my current residence and when I have to walk, I have been harassed, stalked and my rights violated by participants representing the criminal organization responsible.

I will be leaving on foot likely within a couple minutes to escape the targeted harassment both by participants engaging in a rolling surveillance working a group (criminal enterprise which shows in media documentation beginning in January of 2016) and aircrafts part of the illegal scheme.

There will be additional timemark authenticated media of several recent stalking events uploaded with photos of the stalkers, their vehicle tag numbers and groups, some continuing to harass me in front of my current forced residence. Forced meaning I would not be here doing this, trying to locate the FAA facility tied into the scam to unfold the fraud and locate the criminal organization responsible at which time criminal charges will be filed with the applicable government agencies. If someone took your life, time and opportunities among the list for 9 years how much is your life worth because mine there is no price. Keeping in mind harassing you through its participants every day in the thousands and committing crimes against you. The next shift will be starting. 

The participants part of the criminal enterprise speaking on the over 1000 confirmed locally out of estimated 30k+ not including the unknowns and the businesses that can be held accountable know right from wrong. In the eyes of the EEOC it does not matter if a participant is a volunteer in the scam, paid or unpaid I take any activity directed towards me as harassment since the start on or about January 1, 2016.

The FAA HQ contacted me communicating there handling the request to the appropriate program office unknown to me as a victim. At this point the first part of the fraud can be unfolded pertaining to FAA abuse and mismanagement of facilities and likely contracts. Additional confidential complaints will be filed during this timeframe. During this same period when the criminal organization is known official criminal charges against the organization will be filed with the EEOC. Also, Court motions will be filed in the Circuit Court pertaining to cases 2016-2024 as a direct result of the illegal scheme.

I take all activities directed towards me as harassment. Some of the crimes the local groups are committing could be considered a sexual offence in addition to the harassment, stalking and various felony and misdemeanor crimes. 

The EEOC will confirm the actions of each participant the organization responsible can be charged for in addition to the participant, participants any individual engaging in the activities is looked at as an employee whether paid or unpaid. As I explained to the police several times the groups switch daily there, not the same local groups some days. A lot of participants come from Nottingham, and various groups that formed in 2017 that can be identified, and a large portion have stalked me in a group effort previously. This changes daily and as I discussed with Boeing and the police among others is this likely an attempt to bypass the rules, laws, and regulations in place. Key word in that sentence attempt, any document or certificate on file will be revoked by me. THIS IS A TARGETED SCAM. Based on my observations as a victim of the targeted activities, it appears that this is some type of illegal public safety program scam that may be associated with identity theft and ghost employee fraud. There is no consent, no valid employment contract, no application. My last employer terminated me February 9, 2016, for reporting predatory malicious harassment and stalking. I am unemployed as a direct result of the illegal scheme and its participants. The harassment has continued with aircraft and participants. I remain unemployed and cannot return my endeavors until the lawful termination takes place. I have not operated a motor vehicle since October of 2017 as a direct result of the stalking and harassment by participants involved in the scam. I'm going on losing 9 years of my life being the victim forced in this scam and harassed every single day all day. The local groups who formed in 2017 to harass, stalk and violate the law are NOT exempt from criminal or monetary liability. I take all activities targeted towards me as harassment.
