PARGA, GREECE - Lichnos Beach a Short Taxi Boat Ride from Parga Town

Parga Attractions. We are in the town of Parga (Πάργα) in Greece. In this video we take you on a tour of Lichnos Beach and show you how to get to this beach by Taxi Boat from Parga Harbour. Lichnos Beach, located on the east coast of the Greek town of Parga, is one of the Parga Beaches which is easy to reach by Taxi Boat and the boat trip takes around 20 minutes. In this video we show you where to buy tickets at the Parga Harbor and also tell you about some of the other Parga Beaches the Boat Taxis sail to. The return price of the boat taxis between Parga Harbour and the Parga Beaches they sail to is reasonable. We bought a return ticket and departed to Lichnos Beach from Parga Habour and returned later on during the afternoon to Parga Harbor. We very much enjoyed the boat ride to the beach but also enjoyed the ride on the sea along the Parga coastline as a sightseeing tour of Parga and the surrounding area. One can drive to Lichnos Beach from Parga Town but in our opinion catching a Boat Taxi and sailing to the beach is most fun and probably less expensive than a road taxi. Lichnos Beach also has a good selection of hotels, a camping ground (caravan park), tavernas , restaurants and a supermarket / Mini market.

We had a fantastic 2020 summer holiday in Greece despite the coronavirus (covid-19) pandemic and we can highly recommend Parga as a Greek summer holiday destination. Parga, Greece has so much to offer both during the day and at night. Parga may be located on the Greek mainland but it still has a Greek Island feel. In our opinion Parga was a better Greek holiday destination than many of the more well know Greek Islands. We hope that this video about one of the Parga Beaches, Lichnos Beach, and how to get there by taxi boat will help you plan your holiday in this beautiful little town in Greece.

Other beaches in and around Parga, Greece include Krioneri Beach, Spartila Beach, Sarakiniko Beach, Piso Krioneri Beach, Plakero, Agios Sostis Beach, Agios Giannakis Beach and Valtos Beach. Many of these beaches are also accessible by Boat Taxi leaving from the Parga Harbor.
