In this first episode of my DIY “No Build” Moto Van series, I take you behind the scenes as we start transforming my cargo van into the ultimate motorcycle hauler and minimalist camping setup 🚐🏍️

This is NOT a luxury van life build. No cabinets. No plumbing. No influencer Pinterest kitchen. Just a practical, modular setup designed to haul my Harley-Davidson Pan America and turn into a simple moto camping garage when I need it.

We tackle:
• Installing E-tracks for motorcycle transport
• Building and sealing a subfloor (because “no build” quickly turned into… a little build)
• Upgrading D-rings
• Testing out rubber flooring for grip
• Mounting a Condor wheel chock
• Loading and unloading the Pan America (which is… a lot of motorcycle)
• Real talk about adaptive ride height struggles
• Planning for sound deadening, insulation, a future window install, and airflow

This build is focused on modularity. I’m not living in this van full time. I want to haul my bike past the boring interstate miles and unload it when I hit the good roads. That means everything needs to be secure, removable, and practical.
