Where are you re-injuring your inner child? In hopes of rescuing someone else? Time to turn inward and look at the root of the pain. As an adult, you now have the power to heal, TO UNDERSTAND/KNOW, and re-parent your inner child. No one else can re-write your story but you. What is it that you believe about your worth? Where are you a perfectionist for fear of being good enough? Who do you keep in your life that makes you feel shitty, to reinforce a story that you have about yourself? Are you the person treating loving people in a shitty manner?? Maybe your story is that you're a bad person? Is this the fullness of who you are or who you want to be? What pain are you trying to avoid by playing a false ego-based role? Why are you keeping yourself trapped in a story of suffering and illusion? What bullshit do you put up with or inflict on others due to learned unconscious patterns or avoidance of pain?
