Personally, behind the obvious greatest fight of all time Gatti vs Ward I (which couldn't be added to my list because it's a non title fight over the 140lb limit) this fight here takes the cake for me.

A fight with non stop punching from round 1 to 12, the pace being unreal but sadly the decision in my opinion going to the wrong man. Robert Quiroga fighting in his backyard would be given a unanimous decision with scores of 116-112 2x & 115-114 where @b0xingfan_ himself scored it 116-112 in Anifowoshe's favor. Mere seconds after the decision was read out, Akeem would collapse on the canvas and soon would have to have a blood clot removed from his brain. After the fight, Akeem was never allowed to fight in America again & would never fight again where during training session in his native Nigeria 3 1/2 years after the fight, he would collapse again and sadly pass away at just 26 years old. Rest In Peace to "Kid Akeem" Akeem Anifowoshe.
