Wedding Guest & Homecoming Makeup Tutorial

One question I get all the time is "What makeup should I wear to a wedding?" Today I'm answering the question with neutral, classic smoky eye tutorial with a slight twist- we're skipping makeup on the bottom edge. Let's face it, you're going to cry and smear it off anyway! This look is truly neutral enough to work for anyone, and I give a few tips for my darker skinned loves as well. In addition to being perfect for a wedding guest this is also a timeless makeup prefect for a Homecoming dance!
