We all know how painful and uncomfortable it is to have gas trapped in your belly. Everything is tight and you’re dejected and feel depleted. This 15 minute slow yoga class will help you to relax your belly and hopefully get things moving along. As you move through this class, we’ll be relaxing your nervous system and you’ll arrive in a meditative state, which will help your body to let go. Yoga can help your digestion by gently massaging your organs and also by helping you to release tension; when we’re stressed, we tend to become really tight and cramped.

For this class, you’ll need one or two yoga blocks or something similar and a rolled up blanket.
