In her 22-year career in sales and asset management, Dawn has extensive experience in negotiating with multi-billion dollar companies, along with expertise in underwriting. In 2021, she joined the elite Millionaire Multifamily Mastermind.

Dawn graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and lives in Dallas with her husband, Jason. Dawn’s passion is helping others invest in real estate, so they can grow wealth and create a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
