Toothbrush. Or... Stick! The neem chewing stick comes from the neem plant, which is an active ingredient in a lot of toothpastes… Chewing sticks for dental health have been used around the world for thousands of years since even Roman times. And they’re still used today, especially in Rural India, Pakistan, Nigeria and other countries… It's often known as miswak. Just peel back the outer layer, chew until bristles are formed like this, and then brush regularly. Chew on it until it forms bristles and then you brush.

Neem has a ton of powerful plant compounds and studies have shown it may help remove tartar, plaque and stains, whiten teeth, and it has antibacterial properties.

Finally, it's a great eco friendly option, so much better than plastic for the environment!
