Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered residents of Gaza City to leave as soon as possible, hours after his country threatened a ground assault on the region. On Monday, Israelis bombed Gaza City from the air and blew up armoured vehicles in its streets, including a 12-floor block where dozens of displaced families had been housed.
