OJT Turns 20

Twenty years ago, the first set of On the Job trainees started their journeys in the world of work.

Today, the programme can be credited to impacting the lives of thousands of citizens. Commemorating the programme's milestone anniversary, Minister of Labour Stephen Mc Clashie said the programme was not without challenges.

The Minister made an appeal to corporate Trinidad and Tobago to partner with the OJT Programme.

The On the Job Training Programme caters to Nationals of Trinidad and Tobago between the ages of 16 and 35. The programme engages trainees at five different qualification levels over a 24-month period.
