Vaginal yeast infections or thrush are quite common. About 75% of women will experience at least one in their lifetime. It is said to be recurrent if you have 4 or more episodes in 12 months! How annoying is that. There are many reasons for their recurrence which I explain in this video and ways to prevent them from occurring.

What I'd like you to remember from this video is that if you are constantly struggling with these symptoms and you have tried remedies, it's alway worth seeing your doctor to get a definitive confirmatory diagnosis because not all vaginal itching, with or without discharge is a yeast infection or thrush.
