Prior to setting up his own consultancy, Emmanuel was Director of Leadership Services at Global consultancy Hay Group where he also led the consumer sector practice. For the last 10 years he has worked globally with clients ranging from Fortune 500 executives to United Nation's leaders helping them develop their impact.
