This week we worked on stretch and compression in our basic footwork patterns, keeping the hand at a natural height, and staying down in the floor. In the second hour, we discussed and played with the action of a basket in both the basket whip and other forms. The concept that unconnected parts of the body can be used for styling and influence was explored.
