PM Modi in Poland while addressing the Indian Diaspora, spoke about India’s ambitious goal of becoming a Viksit Bharat by 2047, highlighting its rapid progress and scale. In the past decade, 250 million people have been lifted out of poverty, and 40 million homes have been built for the poor. Financial inclusion has soared with 500 million Jan Dhan accounts, and daily UPI transactions match the EU's population. India also provides free health insurance to 500,000 individuals. Broadband users have grown from 60 million to over 940 million, and 700,000 kilometers of optical fiber have been laid. Additionally, 5G has reached every district in just two years, with 6G technology now in development.
