We started the day with a boat ride to view the parrots and macaws feeding at the clay lick. They have little-to-no sense of taste and tend to eat toxic fruit which gives them a stomach ache. They visit the clay licks twice a week to ingest the clay which alleviates their suffering.

In the afternoon we took a jungle hike to look for monkeys and other animals and plants.
