Delicious Dutch oven Osso Buco cooked by the campfire!

Recipe:
- 4 lbs/1,8kg veal shanks
- 2-3 big carrots
- 2-3 parsnips
- 2 onions
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 celery stalks
- 0,5 lbs/200g mushrooms
- 1-2 chilies
- Flour to cover the veal shanks
- 1 cup/250ml red wine
- Fresh rosemary
- Fresh thyme
- Oil to sear the veal shanks
- 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2-3 bay leaves
- Water, about 2 cups
- 1 beef or chicken stock cube
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Sear the veal shanks on high heat and saute the vegetables on medium heat.
Simmer on low heat for minimum 3 hours.
