Welcome to The Healthy Kitchen!
Today's recipe is Khoya/Mawa recipe. It is a very easy to cook and can be used in several traditional desi dishes. As health is our first concern and we don't want anyone to compromise taste over health so we are here to share our low calorie recipes and we hope that you would like trying our recipes. So eat healthy and stay healthy.

INGREDIENTS:
4 liters Whole Milk (Full fat milk)

Preparation:
Take 4 liters of milk and heat it until first boil at high temperature. Turn the flame low to medium and cook it until the milk gets thicken by stirring and scrapping from all side of the pot with the help of spatula after small intervals for 90 minutes. Now constantly keep stirring and scrapping the thickened milk until all the water is evaporated for almost 15-20 minutes. Now the Khoya is ready to be served. Khoya can be store & freeze for atleast 2-3 months. Enjoy eating khoya in moderation.
