Hello everybody and welcome to my newest full vid, and it's probably really my only FULL video as, although I mixed two versions of the song, this is indeed a full audio. So, if you're into SasuSaku or have been, and you've watched amvs of them on youtube, you're bound to know and have watched kheartsterra's old amv on this particular song, with this particular song cut and to be honest, that's my most favourite amv, it's... amazing. Even though it's made in the old style that's no longer being used by editors here, the scenes and the black and white and the blue and the VOICE-OVERS OMG, it's all such a feels ride and it gets me teary eyed almost every time and that's what I tried to do here as well, because you see - this isn't necessarily copying as much as it is a tribute to that old video back in the day, now that the manga's been over and yeah.
I used the jap dubs because i just like them more and they all enhance the emotional atmosphere of this. And i know, it may not be the most intricate of edits, but that was not my intention, my sole purpose was for it to be dynamic, and I feel that it is, that I managed to fit to the lyrics and fit the voices (and that was hardest tbh) and I unexpectedly had to animate a lot more panels, and more tough panels than I had with my previous mmv, but maybe it was worth it, because, hell, shattered's living on with this pairing; to me, it's their song, every line can be easily matched to some manga scene, not necessarily the ones I picked. Also, I have to mention this is kind of in Sasuke's perspective, but not entirely.
One more thing, this is, as seen in the video, my birthday gift to the best thing that's happened to me in a while, and I hope she loves it, I hope she cried over it (mwahahaha). Love you ♥
This song is my whole favorite in the entire world, and that's a lot coming from me because I'm a songwhore, I fall in love and play it on repeat and then forget about it for more or less time, thus for me to come back to a song has got to mean something;
I hope you'll all like it, because I've really tried to tell their story here, to show a bit of what they've gone through and no, I ain't afraid of that panel in 693, and y'know which panel I'm talking about; I'm not afraid to use it because I understand (NOT agree, take notice) why Sasuke had to do that, and he had to.
Also, even though it may not look like it, I really put a lot of effort into making this, into the flow and the text, and everything else; the quotes that haven't been animated yet were taken from the newest game, NSUNS4 bcause the anime's been deserving of the name ''fillerden'' and not ''shippuden''.
