Israel Defense Forces Colonel Golan Vach performs with international singer Nicole Raviv in an emotional English/Hebrew rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”during the Israeli American Council National Summit 2021 at the Diplomat in Miami, Florida. This song was dedicated to the Victims of the Surfside building collapse. Colonel Golan Vach was the head of the rescue team.
