৫০০ গ্রাম চিংড়ি মাছ / 500g Prawns
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
ডাব / Tender Coconut
৪ চা চামচ হলুদ সরষে / 4 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds
১.৫ চা চামচ পোস্ত / 1.5 tsp Poppy Seeds
১.৫ চা চামচ কালো সরষে / 1.5 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
১.২ কাপ নারকেল কুড় / 1.2 cup Fresh Coconut
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
৪ টি কাচা লঙ্কা / 4 ea Green Chillies
৩ হাতা ডাবের জল / 3 Small Ladle Tender Coconut Water
নারকেল কুড় / Greated Coconut
২০ গ্রাম আদা / 20g Ginger
১০ গ্রাম রসুন / 10g Garlic
৪ টি মাঝারি মাপের পিয়াঁজ / 4 ea Medium Size Onion
৫০ মিলি সরষের তেল / 50 ml Mustard Oil
১ চা চামচ নারকেল কুড় / 1 tsp Greated Coconut
দিয়ে দিন সেদ্ধ করা পিয়াঁজ বাটা / Add Boil Onion Paste
৩ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 3 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt to Taste
৩০০ মিলি ডাবের জল / 300 ml Tender Coconut Water
দিয়ে দিন নারকেলের দুধ / Add Coconut Milk
