Wood Badge 2023 - My Experience

Wood Badge is an advanced, national leadership course open only to Scouting volunteers and professionals. I did many things on course, like: Learning to Listening, Managing Conflict, Leading Change, Stages of Team Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership for Different Stages, Learning to be a Servant Leader, Project Planning, and so much more!

I highly recommend that you take this Training if it is available to you. It will help you immensely in your Scouting Journey, Professional Career, and Personal Life. I have taken many corporate trainings over the years, and this by far was the best one I have attended. Learned so much and continue to do so through my Ticket and connections.
