One of the oldest of witch’s sabbats is the celebration of the Winter Solstice or Yule. Here I look at the old style Witchcraft, Traditions, Folklore and Magick associated with this great festival and show how you can incorporate the ‘old ways’ into modern celebrations of the Yule festival. There is something for everyone here, as Christmas really has nothing to do with religion and is taken straight from the pagan traditions - mentioning the birth of Jesus is a very small part of the Christmas celebrations after all.
