Recipe
Ingredients:
Leftover Roti / Bachi Hui Roti - 2
Leftover Cooked Rice / Pake Huye Chawal - 1 Cup
Water - As required
Carrot / Gajar - 1 Grated
Cabbage / Patta Gobhi - 1/4 Cup finely chopped
Capsicums / Shimla Mirch - 1/2 Finely chopped
Salt - As per taste
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder / Bhuna Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder / Amchur – 1/2 tsp
Black Sesame Seeds / Kale Til - 1/2 tsp
Drumstick Powder / Moringa Powder - 1 tsp
Oats Powder - As required
Oil - As required
Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - For garnishing

Instructions:
1) Take leftover roti pieces and cooked rice in a mixing bowl. Add a little water and mix well. Soak it for 10 minutes.
2) Then transfer it to a grinding jar. Grind it for a few seconds. Take it out in a mixing bowl.
3) Now add carrot, cabbage, capsicum, and little water to adjust the consistency.
4) Further, add salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, dry mango powder, black sesame seeds, and drumstick powder. Add little water to adjust the consistency.
5) Add oats powder gradually to prepare a medium thick consistency batter.
Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Sprinkle some drop of water on it and wipe it. Then apply oil on the tawa. Pour the batter on the tawa and spread it like a small chilla. Likewise, prepare another chilla.
6) Roast the chilla for 1 to 2 minutes on a medium flame. Then flip it to cook the other side as well. Add some drops of oil on it. Slightly press it.
7) Once it becomes golden brown from both sides, transfer it to a serving plate. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
'Leftover Roti & Rice Chilla' is ready to be served.
