Devoted Health offers an Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit, providing members with a quarterly allowance to purchase health and wellness products such as toothpaste, vitamins, and other essentials.

Accessing Your OTC Benefit:

Online Portal:

Visit the Devoted Health Member Portal.
Log in using your credentials to view your OTC balance and place orders.
In-Store Purchases:

Shop at participating CVS, Navarro, or Longs Drug stores.
Present your Devoted Health member ID at checkout to utilize your OTC benefit.
Note: CVS locations inside Target or Schnucks do not participate in this benefit.

Phone Orders:

Call OTC Health Solutions at 1-888-628-2770 (TTY 711) between 9 am and 8 pm local time to place an order.
Delivery is free and typically takes 5 to 7 days.

OTC Catalog:

The OTC catalog lists all eligible products available for purchase with your benefit. You can view the 2024 OTC Catalog on the Devoted Health website.
