What if 20th Century Fox's IRON MAN Movie Was Made?

In the mid-90's, the rights to Iron Man, were held by the former 20th Century Fox. They would enlist Jeff Vitar and Stan Lee, to write a script, with Tom Cruise possibly in the lead, and Quentin Tarantino in the director's chair. So, what if it happened?
