On October 10th, Anduril Industries revealed its newest innovations: the Bolt and Bolt-M, two compact VTOL autonomous drones designed for specialized military missions. The Bolt focuses on ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), acting as a powerful aerial tool to provide real-time battlefield intelligence. Meanwhile, the Bolt-M is a loitering munition considered by the U.S. Marine Corps, weighing just 12-15 pounds and deployable in under five minutes. It features a 12-mile range, 40-minute operational time, and precision targeting, using a 3-pound warhead. Both drones are user-friendly, with operators able to control them via handheld GCS using pre-set waypoints.
