We get between 30-40 gallons of blackberries each year from our yard. It's hard to find enough things to do with them without repeating the same old (jams, jellys, preserves). You can only eat so much jam. But Wine! you can't ever have too much of that. Luckly, Brandon has been learning the process for a few years now and his getting pretty good!

This video walks through the first stages of wine making. He's technically teaching me, because before this I stayed out of it!
