📃Ingredients

A-Dango dough
Wet glutinous rice flour 150g
Salt ½t
Suger 1t
Hot water 130cc

B-Sauce
Starch 1t
Sugar 2T
Soy sauce 1+½ t
Water 100 cc

👩‍🍳How to cook Mitarashi dango

1-Mix A, using sticks (add hot water intermittently)
2-Knead the dough by hand
3-Cut it into pieces of similar size and make them round
4-Put them in boiling water -They will float-cook for another 2 minutes
5-Dip them briefly in ice water
6-Cool them down on a wet cloth -stick to a skewer
7-Mix B, then simmer over low heat.
6-Apply 7 on 6

📍Cooking tip
-It's easier to put the skewers in the water in advance.
-If the sauce hardens, add a little more water and boil it again.
