Mutton 1kg
oil 2 spoon
Ginger and garlic paste 2tbs
onion paste 1
Salt to taste

For gravy
Green coriander 1 bunch
Green chillies 4
Ginger 5 inch cube
garlic 10 clove
onion 1
curd 4 tbs
fresh cream 2 tbs

Spices
salt to taste
chat masala powder 2 ts
Garam masala powder 2ts
Black pepper powder 1 ts
kasuri methi 1_ 1/2 ts
