Card Base: 4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2" on the 11" side and then scored from a 2-1/8" tick mark on the bottom edge of the front of the card to each corner of the folded middle of the card and then again from the 2-1/8" tick mark to a 2-3/4" tick mark on each side of the front of the card , DSP and white inside: 4" x 5-1/4"
