Welcome to Day 1 of the My Words Give Grace series!

Every conversation is an opportunity to reflect the heart of God. But before grace can flow from our mouths, it must first live in our hearts. Today we’re laying the foundation—recognizing that our words are shaped by what’s stored in the heart.

God desires that our speech be gracious and attractive (Colossians 4:6), not to impress others, but to point them to Him. When our hearts are filled with His grace, our words will naturally overflow with love, peace, and truth.

• Ask the Holy Spirit to cleanse your heart and lead your words
