🏥 About Dennis Spencer:

Retired USAF Major with 20 years of service, including two tours in Afghanistan as a Physician Assistant.
Former CEO of Medical Network of Alaska, where he led 350+ staff across 15 clinical sites.
Expert in building stability, sustainability, and high-quality healthcare systems.
🐾 Dennis’s Vision for Tier 1 Vet:

Allowing Dr. Sean McPeck to focus more on veterinary medicine by strengthening operations and leadership.
Bringing in more veterinary specialists to Alaska, including surgeons and oncologists, to expand Tier 1 Vet’s offerings.
Ensuring Tier 1 remains a pillar of excellence, stability, and access for pets and families across Alaska.
Focusing on people—employees, pet parents, and their beloved animals—because “when you take care of people, everything else falls into place.”
🐕 Dennis, a proud pet parent himself, has two dogs (including a 140-pound Newfoundland), a rescue rabbit, and six chickens. He understands firsthand how important it is to have access to compassionate, high-quality care for pets.

At Tier 1 Vet, our mission is to deliver exceptional veterinary medicine to Alaskan pets. Dennis’s leadership will take that mission to the next level in 2025 and beyond!
