Ruleset:

2. Only the first wild Pokémon encountered in a route or area can be caught. If I fail to catch it (ie. it flees or faints), my opportunity to catch a Pokémon in that area is lost.

5. lvl Caps

6. No Items in Battle

7. Dupe Clause

8. No Gift Clause

9. I have to pick torchic as starter.

The Hardcore Nuzlocke is successfully completed by defeating Champ Steven.
