Ingredients List
Base Custard Mix:
✔️ 1 bowl makhana (fox nuts) makhana
✔️ 12 cashews (kaju) cashew
✔️ 2 tsp sabudana (sago)
✔️ 1 litre full-fat milk🥛
✔️ 2 tbsp honey 🍯 (or as per taste)
✔️ 1/2 tsp elaichi (cardamom) powder
✔️ A few strands kesar (saffron) (optional)

Fruits (Use fresh & seasonal):
✔️ 1/2 cup orange segments 🍊
✔️ 1/2 cup apple (finely chopped) 🍎
✔️ 1/2 cup banana (chopped) 🍌
✔️ 1/2 cup mango (if in season) 🥭
✔️ 1/4 cup pomegranate (anar)
✔️ 1/4 cup grapes (halved) 🍇

Special Ingredient:
✔️ 100g paneer (grated fine)

Garnishing (Optional but Recommended!):
✔️ 2 tbsp chopped pista
✔️ 1 tbsp chopped apple mango🥭 🍏
✔️ Sabja seeds (if serving falooda-style)
