John D. Clair keeps bringing the heat! This time, AEG is publishing Ready Set Bet, the designer's take on real-time horse racing and betting. It's loud, it's funny, it's a raucous good time!

Players have a hand of betting chips, and watch a real time horse race in action. The handler rolls two six-sided dice and moves the horses accordingly. Obviously, the seven horse has the best odds of its number being called, but the tougher numbers get bonuses of extra movement if their number is called twice in a row.
