1 teaspoon of kosher salt

1 cup of agave syrup
113 grams of unsalted butter
3 large pasture-raised eggs
360 ml of warm whole A2 milk
2 tablespoons of homemade vanilla extract

For the Butterfly Pea Paste:
2 tablespoons of ground dried butterfly flowers
2 tablespoons of water

Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
Start by combining the flour, powdered milk, chai seeds, flaxseed meal, hempseed, and kosher salt in a large bowl.

2. Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, dissolve the dried yeast in warm whole A2 milk. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the agave syrup, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract.

4. Form the Dough:
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients while mixing. Pour in the activated yeast mixture. Knead until you have a smooth dough.

5. First Rise:
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
