Keyleth of Vox Machina | Critical Role D&D Lore

Keyleth, is a half elf druid and a member of Vox Machina. Hailing from the Zephrah tribe, Keyleth was raised in the ways of the Air Ashari, a tribe tasked with guarding the portal to the Elemental Plane of Air and watching over the Frostweald. Her childhood was marked by her mother Vilya's disappearance on her journey to become the tribe's headmaster.

Determined to follow in her mother's footsteps, Keyleth embarked on her own Aramenté, a series of trials that tested her skills and resolve. Her journey led her to join Vox Machina, and became the wielder of the legendary staff, the Spire of Conflux, in their battle against the Chroma Conclave.

Upon her return to Zephrah, Keyleth completed her Aramenté, earning the title of "Voice of the Tempest" as the headmaster of the Air Ashari.
