Got what it takes? Students conduct the “Doom-Up” exercise during the 14-hour Hell Day event by SOCOM Athlete, America’s number 1 special operations prep program.

SOCOM Athlete Hell Day events are open to active U.S. military members, ROTC/JROTC cadets, and civilians ages 16+. Hell Day events take place at world-class training facilities, taking students onto the finest U.S. military bases in America.

Hundreds of SOCOM Athlete Hell Day students have gone on to accomplish their dreams of becoming Navy SEALs, USAF PJs, Army Rangers, Green Berets, CCT, TACP, USMC Recon, MARSOC, and more.

SOCOM Athlete instructors include active duty Navy SEALs, Air Force PJs, Army Green Berets, MARSOC, and other elite special operators. Instructors provide invaluable mentorship to students by teaching critical fundamentals, warrior mindset, and expert training tips.

Events includes a Fitness Test, Pool Training, Ruck March, Log PT, Team Problem Solving, and more. Hell Day students are taught to work together as a team, where leadership & effective communication are paramount for success.
