Toys:
Void-Touched Skull = click on the skull behind the orphanage in the Cathedral district (co-ordinates 58.9, 52.9)
Overly Sensitive Void Spectacles = chance to drop from Craggle Wobbletop who patrols along the outer streets of the Trade District. Use the Toy Train Set toy to separate him from his toys, kill the toys first and then kill him. Rotten Apple = chance to drop in the chests at the end of the vision after defeating Alleria

Pets:
Anomalus & Void-scarred cat (from defeating Alleria)
Void scarred hare (from defeating Umbric in the Mage Quarter)
Void scarred rat (from assisting Kelsey in the Dwarven District)
