NPC Advantages: gardevoir (life dew) or bellibolt (light screen) required. drifblim (will-o-wisp) helps. fire-weak pokemon (arboliva, heracross, weavile, corviknight) are harmful.

Strategy: skill swap, wish. heal cheer. wish. wait for your stats to reset. heal cheer if HP is below 75% (just the first turn after your stats get reset). wish when HP drops below 60%. 6x calm mind, 3x tera blast, terastalize, tera blast until the shield breaks. optional attack cheer. tera blast to victory.

Notes : it's critical that clefable not have unaware before the match starts. otherwise skill swap becomes useless and there is no way to remove unaware from skeledirge, which makes calm mind useless. for the 4th move, light screen works best if you have an NPC gardevoir, and wish works best if you have an NPC bellibolt. psychic tera with stored power works too.

Pros: supereffective tera type. decent HP stat, excellent special attack stat, great special defense stat. no weaknesses. resists flame charge and torch song after terastalizing. shell bell heals when attacking, an amount equal to 1/8th of damage dealt. calm mind buffs special attack 1 stage and special defense 1 stage. skill swap removes unaware from skeledirge, which causes skeledirge's damage dealt to be lessened, and damage taken to be increased, by the buffs from calm mind. it also gives unaware to clefable, causing skeledirge's special attack buffs from torch song to be ignored. wish heals 50% of max HP at the end of the following turn. tera blast has 80 base power, 100 accuracy, and deals supereffective STAB damage when terastalized.

Cons: tera type mismatches base type, mediocre defense stat, outsped by skeledirge. no room in moveset for defense curl, cosmic power, or reflect.
