Mila's Tokwa't Baboy Restaurant Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines 4K

Had lunch at a well known establishment in Angeles City, Mila's Tokwa't Baboy Restaurant. They have a wall of celebrities that have visited the place. To be honest I found the place to be just OK. I think their location on Friendship Highway in Korea town is much better. Half of the menu was unavilable, X'd out. Asked the server why so many things unavailable, she had no answer, asked why no fried chicken, X'd out, after all there are millions of chicken in the Philippines. She said they didn't have someone to cook it, I asked if that was just on our visit or always, she implied always. The crispy Sisig we had was decent but far from the best we have had. The Tokwa't Baboy was OK, that is more of a reflection of my taste not a huge fan of pig ears, rubbery texture. The staff here is also very young and very inattentive, more concerned with their phones than customers. Thanks 4 watching
