In this video we will continue our tour of Limburg.
We will visit one of the main attractions of the city, the Limburg Cathedral, which was built at the beginning of the 13th century. The building was built on the site of an ancient church and is an example of the classic Romanesque style of architecture.

We will walk around the area adjacent to the cathedral ,where the castle is located. From here,from the height of the cliff where the cathedral is located, there is a very beautiful view of the city, as well as the Lahn River.
Let's take a look at the territory of the cathedral Museum and admire the beauty of the bishop's house.
Next, our route runs to Altstadt, where we will walk through the ancient streets of Limburg with half-timbered houses, cozy cafes and small shops.
Here,on every corner you can find figures and fountains,shrouded in their own legends, where you will want to return again and again.
We'll walk around the shopping area and come to the famous Cafe Cosmol,famous for its vegan dishes,cakes and signature pastries "Limburger Baumkuchen".
The half-timbered houses located nearby leave a pleasaut impression.
