What Do Earthquakes Have To Do With Trains? CSX Trains, Station Update & Indiana Sub Train At Xing

Описание к видео What Do Earthquakes Have To Do With Trains? CSX Trains, Station Update & Indiana Sub Train At Xing

CSX Trains Near Trenton, Ohio & Hamilton, Ohio With Train Station Update. New Railroad Crossing For Me To Catch A Fast Freight Train Near A Soccer Game. Lucky Catch On The Indy Sub At A Railroad Crossing Near The Abandoned Station Site. First Trains Are In Busenbark, Ohio Near Trenton.
The first train is booking past the Richter plaque that sits next to the old Cincinnati, Hamilton & Dayton Railroad. Charles Richter developed the Richter scale which is a means of measuring the intensity of earthquakes. He was born less than a mile from this location which is known as Busenbark. Click on the picture of the plaque for more info. There was a train station here years ago, which was one of eleven in Butler County. That was cool finding this plaque right next to the CSX line. Today this is the CSX Toledo Sub. Lillia had a soccer game just a short distance from here and I filmed the first train before her game started. You can see the trains a little bit from the soccer fields. Once the corn is harvested there will be a better view.
The second train is at a railroad crossing that I have never filmed at before. This crossing is new to me and is the next crossing to the north of the plaque. I was going back to the game but noticed that the light on the signal went from red to green so I waited for that southbound train which was headed to Queensgate Yard in Cincinnati.
After the game we went to Hamilton to see the progress of the train depot. Lillias team got shut out one to nothing. While we were there a CSX northbound came past the depot on the sharp curve. This train had a DPU on the rear. That was pretty awesome.
The last train is a CSX train exiting the Toledo Sub and heading west onto the Indy Sub. This line isn't very busy so I was lucky to get this one. We got to wait for it at the railroad crossing right next to the location where the depot used to sit. Right when I started to film that train a car cut over in front of me and kind of ruined the view of the train. That was the "One Car Rule". Lol

Filmed Sunday, October 8, 2023 in 1080p with 60fps. Thanks for watching!
