Most of us have big dreams but we are always in a dilemma when it comes between responsibilities and preparation for our dreams. Most of the times there is always a clash between our daily or family responsibilities and efforts we need to put for our dreams. This happens mostly with government job aspirants who are willing to be a group 1 officer or banker or group 2 officer or any other government job holders. Jala Shree is an Assistant Commissioner in the commercial tax department. She also had a similar struggle when she was a government job aspirant. But she overcame her struggle and today she is a self-dependent person with a respectable position in society. She shared her story through Josh Talks Telugu platform

Jala Shree was married at a young age. Even though she hasn't received adequate support from her husband to fulfill her dreams she didn't give up. She believed that one has to dream big and never give up in one’s pursuit of the dream. She wanted to continue her studies and become a group 1 officer. She started her distance education in public administration. She was also in a dilemma whether she will be able to take care of her 3-year-old son during her preparation. But that responsibility did not hinder her efforts. She used to attend classes with her 3-year-old son. She says that her biggest setback came when her father expired just a few months before her exam. But she put herself back on track and she started her preparation. Today she tells that all her sacrifices paid her well in return. Today she has a respected job and good position in society. She always tries to uplift the society through her job and personal efforts. Her story is a real inspiration to all government job aspirants. This most relatable to many aspirants of APPSC, TSPSC, GROUP 1 AND GROUP 2 exams. It is well known that many government job aspirants have similar struggles and this talk can be served as a real motivation for them. Jala Shree gives a call to youth to work hard, dream big and never give up in order to achieve success in life. Not only for group 1, group 2, Appsc and Tspsc aspirants this message is relevant to everyone. Her inspirational story is a real motivation to all Andhra Pradesh and Telangana people.
