Yumi is at home, but her phone is ringing, Jeremy receives her a new message that there is the mysterious professor in the laboratory is Franz Hopper. Franz Hopper is Aelita's father and he is the scientist from working the supercomputer, Jeremy walks in and he saw Franz Hopper. Franz Hopper tells them about the story and he explains them what he build the supercomputer and he created Lyoko and X.A.N.A. but it was designed it to the military project based on a multi-agent system. Aelita talks to her father Franz Hopper about her and Franz Hopper talks to Aelita that he created her to be the guardian of Lyoko. Franz Hopper begin to progress to send the Lyoko Warriors to Sector Five to get the data from the anti-virus and Jeremy wants to help, but Franz Hopper doesn't concern to get used to it and Jeremy wants to work with him to be together. Franz Hopper talks to Jeremy about the what happened, he knows Jeremy was the leader of the group and he knows him was the one who put his friends lives at risk and he knew Jeremy the one who let X.A.N.A destroy his diary.
Jeremy storms out the laboratory and he leaves, Aelita doesn't want him to leave the laboratory and she felt gloomy.
