#FightingForAutism has issued  #1MinutePunchbagChallenge or #PunchbagChallenge to raise Autism Awareness following a terrible attack on an Autistic Teenager in Northern Ireland, the response we've had has been phenomenonal with so many people taking part. 
It's Very easy to do, get a recording device, tell us who you are and where you are from, have a 1 minute workout on a punchbag, nominate 5 of your friends to take the challenge, upload it via social media with the Hashtag #FightingForAutism #1minutepunchbagchallenge or #PunchbagChallenge
