This is the quick and dirty version (no editing, no transitions) just how you do it!

Tools needed:
Heat Gun
Enough extension cord to get to the board to replace
Knife or Screwdriver to pull up the plank

The system that we use - 5mm Loose Lay LVP with a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive allows for the floor to remain water resistant, not have any concerns with heat/temperature changes, and still easy to change the plank!

All you do is heat up the affected board, once it reaches approximately 95F, the glue will let go - so just pick up the edge with the screwdriver / knife and pull. Then to replace, just heat up the glue once more - and press the new plank into the floor.

As easy as that!
